ScreenSafe Basic

Web Reports

The Basic version of ScreenSafe contains a selection of basic reports which allow you to view which vehicles are in use and which are inactive.  It also provides you with a series of "summary" reports listing the violations committed for the day, week or month.  Since the Basic version is unable to correlate specific violations to individual vehicles the Fleet manager will not be able to determine who drove excessively fast.  The only information will be a report that states that 5 vehicles drove over the Maximum

View Detailed Comparison of the reports available in the Basic version as opposed to the reports and features available with the Global Manager version.

Basic Reports include . . . .

Installed Licenses
This is the time the vehicle first began moving that day. This feature is great for verifying employee “start work” time.

Inactive Vehicles
This is a list of vehicles that ScreenSafe has determined either are not being driven or are being driven without a GPS device installed. If the Fleet manager knows employee “Bob” is operating a vehicle with a laptop installed and the ScreenSafe report shows the vehicle has never reported movement, the Fleet manager can deduce that employee “Bob” did not connect the GPS and needs to be reminded to comply with company guidelines.

Maximum Speed Violation
The Maximum Speed Limit violation occurs when a vehicle travels above the authorized Maximum speed limit.  Only Summary data is available in the Basic Version of ScreenSafe.

GPS Disconnected Violation
The GPS Disconnected Violation records any attempt by the driver to disconnect the GPS while the vehicle is moving and the laptop screen is disabled.  Only Summary data is available in the Basic Version of ScreenSafe.

Worm Hole Violation
A Worm Hole Violation occurs if a driver operates a vehicle without the Laptop GPS connected.  When the GPS the is finally connected to the Laptop to avoid appearing on the "inactive report" a "Worm Hole Violation" is recorded. Only Summary data is available in the Basic Version of ScreenSafe.

Out of Area (Geo-Fencing) Violation Report
This identifies any vehicle that drives outside of the predefined circle around the authorized location.  This could be a City, State or Region.  Only Summary data is available in the Basic Version of ScreenSafe.
